Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Deep Tissue Massage includes Gua Sha, Cupping, Hot Stones, Trigger Point, Structural Integration, and Hydrotherapy if indicated.

The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain. Chakra balancing using tuning forks and energy massage is also included.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)
QHHT: Accessing Your Higher Self for Insight
Have you ever wondered if there’s a way to reach a deeper understanding, a place where your questions are answered with clarity and wisdom?
In our journey toward self-discovery and growth, many of us seek a stronger connection with our inner wisdom. This desire often leads us to explore methods that bridge the conscious mind and our Higher Self—the part of us that holds the key to hidden knowledge and profound insight. Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is an extraordinary hypnosis method developed by the visionary Dolores Cannon to facilitate this connection.
QHHT, which stands for Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, has become a powerful tool for those looking to directly connect with their Higher Self. Dolores Cannon, a renowned hypnotist, dedicated her life to perfecting this technique, enabling individuals to access the deep wisdom stored within their subconscious mind.
At the heart of QHHT is the belief that everyone has the innate ability to connect with their own inner guidance. This inner compass, often buried under layers of societal conditioning and subconscious barriers, links us to our Higher Self—the source of all answers, personal truths, and unlimited potential.
Through gentle induction into a trance-like state, individuals can explore the depths of their subconscious mind. As the conscious mind steps back, the Higher Self takes over, guiding the individual through a profound exploration of their life experiences, emotions, and belief systems.
The transformative power of QHHT lies in its ability to provide clarity, healing, and a deep sense of purpose. By directly engaging with their Higher Self, individuals access wisdom that transcends conscious understanding, revealing the root causes of emotional blockages, physical ailments, and limiting beliefs.
During a QHHT session, individuals may recall vivid memories of past lives, future lives, lives as animals or other beings, or revisit significant scenes from their current life. They may encounter spirit guides, benevolent beings, or departed loved ones, and receive direct messages from their Higher Self. Each session is a unique and deeply personal journey, tailored to the individual's desires for self-exploration.
The benefits of QHHT are wide-ranging, from deep emotional healing to gaining clarity on life’s purpose. By fostering a direct connection to the Higher Self, individuals can break free from self-imposed limitations, gain insight into their soul’s mission, and align their conscious choices with their deepest desires.
It's important to note that QHHT is not a substitute for traditional therapy or medical treatment. Instead, it complements these approaches by delving into the subconscious mind to uncover deep-seated beliefs, emotions, and traumas that may be contributing to physical, mental, or emotional challenges.
What to Expect from a QHHT Session
A QHHT session typically lasts 5-6 hours and is divided into four parts:
The Interview Process
The interview process usually takes about two hours, during which we explore various aspects of your life. We aim to understand your current experiences and challenges. Additionally, we delve into significant past experiences that have shaped you. We also discuss your relationships with important individuals, as these often impact overall well-being. Health and wellness concerns are given special attention to ensure a holistic approach. You are encouraged to bring any questions you may have for your Higher Self. This interview allows me to truly understand you, uncover the most pressing issues in your life, and design a tailored hypnosis session to support your personal growth and empowerment.
Past Life Regression
The hypnosis session has two main parts, each revealing deep insights into our existence. The first part, past life regression, allows you to revisit 1-3 lives that are relevant to your current journey. With the help of your Higher Self, you effortlessly experience significant events in these lives, gaining a profound understanding of their purpose and lessons. Observing the death experience is not meant to cause discomfort but offers a compassionate opportunity for exploration and healing. The second part involves an interview with your Higher Self, providing further clarity, guidance, and illumination on your life path. Lingering traumas or unresolved issues from past lives are released, allowing for healing and growth in the present.
Interview with the Higher Self
In the second phase of the hypnosis session, we explore the soul's depths by connecting with the Higher Self. This essence of consciousness is accessed directly, much like channeling. As the facilitator, I will ask questions you have prepared, along with additional inquiries that arise during our interview. Through this method, we unlock the potential for physical, emotional, and mental healing, as well as gain insights into your purpose, relationships, career, finances, health, and spirituality. No question is off-limits, and clients are encouraged to ask as many questions as they wish, as the Higher Self is here to provide guidance and insight. This sacred encounter deepens our understanding of ourselves and the world around us, unlocking the infinite wisdom within.
Debrief
After your session, we will reflect on the information revealed. I will review the session thoroughly, highlighting significant insights. You will also receive a recording of your session, allowing you to revisit the experience and gain further understanding each time you listen to it.
QHHT Contraindications:
QHHT is not recommended for those under 18 years of age, for those with a mental illness with a psychosis component, and for those intoxicated during the session.

FAQ:
Why is breast care so important? Breasts are incredible organs that often go unnoticed until an issue arises. What if we made them a regular part of our massage routines? By enhancing circulation and drainage in the breasts, we could potentially support overall breast health.
What conditions does breast massage treat? Massage is well-known for its ability to alleviate pain, reduce swelling, and enhance circulation and relaxation. This same care can be applied to breast tissue. Regular massage may help with conditions like breast pain, congestion, pre-menstrual swelling, and fibrocystic breasts. Incorporating breast massage into your wellness routine can offer the same benefits to your breasts that you give to the rest of your body.
Does breast massage treat or cure cancer? Breast massage is not a cure for cancer and does not serve as a diagnostic tool. However, it can play a valuable role in a comprehensive integrative medicine treatment plan. For breast cancer survivors and those thriving after treatment, breast massage can help reduce pain and swelling, ease scar tissue, and provide comforting touch to an area that has endured significant trauma. The journey of diagnosing and treating breast cancer is often confusing and frightening. Having an advocate who can educate you about changes in your breast tissue and how to monitor them post-treatment can be empowering. Additionally, your loved ones, who may have been affected by your experience, may also become more concerned about their own breast health. Education on breast care can equip them with the knowledge and tools to detect and monitor changes in their breast tissue throughout their lives.
How is breast massage performed at your clinic? The session starts with a detailed health history, which is essential for safely performing breast massage. Certain breast conditions, like infections or undiagnosed lumps or discharge, may make massage unsafe. Additionally, medical conditions such as heart disease or diabetes can cause breast pain and should be assessed by your physician. During this discussion, we'll also explore your breast health goals and preferences, including whether you prefer to receive the massage with or without clothing, through a sheet or drape, or with direct skin contact. The session will be tailored to ensure your comfort and meet your specific needs.
What can I expect during a session?
The breasts are closely connected to the chest and shoulder girdle, influencing posture and contributing to tension in the neck, shoulders, upper back, and chest. Issues like trigger points, muscle tightness, joint inflammation, and nerve impingement can all cause pain that radiates to the breasts. With these factors in mind, treatment will begin by addressing the muscles surrounding the breasts. Lymphatic areas in the neck and underarms will be opened to facilitate drainage of the breast tissue.
Next, the rib muscles and breast tissue will be gently kneaded to improve circulation. The session often includes abdominal massage and deep breathing exercises. Gentle myofascial release techniques may also be used to reduce adhesions, with or without lotion. Open communication will be maintained throughout the session to ensure your comfort and to address any questions you may have. Your feedback is encouraged, allowing you and your therapist to honor the delicate nature of this area and ensure its safety.
Is it necessary to uncover my breasts for the treatment? Direct skin contact is the preferred method for performing breast massage, as it allows for visual inspection, which is crucial for assessing changes in breast health. However, massage can also be done over loose, thin clothing or through a sheet or drape, depending on your preference. Some clients opt to perform their own breast massage under the guidance of the therapist. There are many options available, and your comfort and safety are always the top priorities. You have complete control over how you wish to receive treatment, and you can change your mind at any time during the session.
How do I care for my breasts in between sessions at home? At the beginning of the session, clients are taught how to perform breast massage at home. While professional breast massage is a key component of breast care, you play the most vital role in maintaining your breast health! Regular self-massage, whether using your hands or an electric massage device, enhances breast circulation and allows you to monitor changes in tissue texture over time. This awareness is invaluable for informed discussions with your doctor if you notice any concerning changes. Additionally, breast self-checks are another effective way to keep track of these changes. Although breast palpation can feel intimidating and complex, receiving hands-on instruction from an experienced massage therapist can be highly beneficial. Providing you with constructive and supportive feedback as you perform a breast self-exam is an essential part of the learning experience.
What is taught in breast massage training? Breast massage training varies widely across the globe and may encompass techniques such as lymphatic massage, myofascial release, visceral/abdominal massage, pre- and post-surgical care, scar work, oncology massage, and massage for pregnancy and lactation. I received my certification from Breast Remedy Seattle. The key is that your therapist is trained in the particular stage of breast care relevant to you. For example, a healthy client incorporating breast massage into a wellness routine will have different needs than a breast cancer patient, and a breastfeeding mother will require different care than someone undergoing breast reduction surgery. Typically, bodyworkers pursue advanced breast education classes after completing their primary training. It’s perfectly appropriate to ask your therapist about their training background, so you can make an informed decision about receiving treatment.
